The children then had gym time with Mr. Browning. The boys are still doing a better job of changing quickly for and after gym. Come on girls, we know you can be quicker.
Back in class, the children worked on reviewing arithmetic concepts. This is the last arithmetic lesson we will do until January next year.
The class had french with Mme. Stella. Mme. Stella was pleased to have class time with the grade 3s and 4s after missing them due to the Christmas concert rehearsal the last few days. After french, we continued learning about plural rules. Today we learned that if a words ends in an 'f' or an 'fe', we change the 'f' or 'fe' to a 've' and add 'es. The children practiced identifying and writing plural words.
We ended the day working our Christmas concert.
