Students worked on list 16 spelling words once we got back to class. We will be writing our spelling test on Thursday as we have an early dismissal on Friday. Students who are not attending child care on Friday need to be picked up at 11:30 am.
In language we continued learning about how to write the plural forms of words. Today we looked at words where the spelling changes in the plural form (child - children) or where the word does not change (sheep - sheep).
The children had french class with Mme. Stella. After french the class wrote their end of unit test on multiplication and division.
We ended the day with a history lesson. The children heard how Henry Hudson tried to discover the much sought after Northwest passage. Ask your child to tell you what happened to him. The children showed their understanding of these historical events by creating a graphic novel.

- Friday is the last and half-day of school. Pick up s at 11:30
