Money Problems

Grade 3s and 4s worked on completing the math lesson they started yesterday. Grade 4s built skeletons of 3-D solids and discovered many attributes of solids. Grade 3s worked on discovering the attributes of solids by examining diagrams and models of 3-D solids.
Both grades had time in class to work on this week's list words. In arithmetic they solved money problems involving quarters, dimes and pennies.
In language the children continue to work on writing their review of Cinderella. Some children are writing their rough draft. Others are revising, peer-editing, and editing their work.
In our inquiry unit, the children had time in class to research their topic, write their poems and work on dance routines.
The children attended gym, music and french class today.
