Ownership

Grade 3s and 4s began their day with math. Grade 4s worked hard on their geometry unit test. Grade 3s started reviewing their geometry unit in preparation for their unit test on Thursday.
Both grades reviewed spelling lists 8 and 9 in preparation for Friday's spelling test.They also worked in their arithmetic books where they have started long division with a 3-digit dividend.
Later in the day the children had an hour to work on their inquiry projects. Only two more school days to get the projects done.
In language, the children learned about possessive words and how they can show ownership by adding and apostrophe and an s to the end of a word.
We ended the day working on term 1 reflections. The children took time to think about what they have learned this term, what their strengths are and what the need to work on improving in term 2.
The children attended gym and french class today.
Look out for lunch and Much Ado letters coming home today.
